Purpose

The Business Bid & Support Hub is a service of the Chico Chamber of Commerce designed to connect local businesses with contracting opportunities and support resources. This platform allows members to share and access Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other business-related opportunities that support economic growth in our region.

Eligibility

• The Hub is available to Chico Chamber members in good standing.
• All postings must be submitted by the issuing organization or an authorized representative.
• The Chamber reserves the right to verify membership status and submission authenticity.

Posting Guidelines

To maintain a high-quality and useful resource, all submissions must:

• Be complete, accurate, and current
• Clearly identify the type of opportunity (RFP, RFQ, RFI, or support resource)
• Include a detailed description, submission instructions, deadlines, and contact information
• Be relevant to legitimate business opportunities or support services
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

The Chamber may edit submissions for clarity, formatting, or length.

Prohibited Listings

The following types of postings will not be accepted:

• Incomplete or misleading submissions
• Opportunities that cannot be verified as legitimate
• Pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing opportunities, or commission-only solicitations without clear disclosure
• Discriminatory or unlawful content
• Postings unrelated to business contracting, procurement, or support services

Posting Duration

• Listings will remain active for 30 days, unless otherwise specified
• Expired listings will be removed from the platform
• Members may resubmit or update postings as needed

By using this platform, users acknowledge and agree that:
