Business Crawl (TBD due to COVID-19)
Launched in September of 2013, we offer Chamber members an evening tour of a select few local member companies. Network, get an inside view of local businesses, and meet the teams that make them successful. This is a great opportunity for our member businesses to tell their stories, extend hospitality, and connect with new faces. Shuttle service & refreshments provided.

Let's Do Lunch! (TBD due to COVID-19)
Chamber Members + 1 Local Restaurant + 1 Hour = Great Networking Opportunity! Every first Friday of the month we welcome Chamber members to join us for a casual noon-time event where we pair you with other members to spend your lunch hour with. Pre-registration is required and members are responsible for paying for their own lunches.
Business Outreach Committee (TBD due to COVID-19)
Community Impact Through Business Engagement! A "boots on the ground" committee dedicated to monthly outreach to the local businesses community through monthly engagement activities. The goal is to help the Chico Chamber of Commerce 'Move Chico Forward' by leveraging the voice of business for community good.
Community Development Update (Virtual)
The City of Chico, Chamber of Commerce, and Valley Contractors Exchange provides updates quarterly regarding Permitting Timelines & Staffing, Overview of Permit Activity, Online Inspection Scheduling/Permitting, Projects & Development Update, and New Regulatory Standards. Q&A with City Officials will follow. This event is free, but RSVP is requested.
Legislative Action Committee (Virtual)
"LAC" discusses local and statewide policies, regulations, and practices, and is instrumental in determining direction and action for the Chamber on advocacy issues.
The Legislative Action Committee, open to all Chamber members, meets on ZOOM the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30am.

Business Summit & State of the City Address - 1.29.2021 (Virtual)
Virtual Recording: January 29, 2021
This event open to the community is co-hosted with the City of Chico, and held at the CARD Community Center in Chico. Our Chico City Mayor delivers the State of the City Address, and City and community leaders will report on Downtown Chico and share their economic outlook for the coming year. We also review the business climate progress report and provide a Q&A session with our civic leaders. This event is free and open to the public, but RSVP's are required.

The Chico Chamber Young Professionals Organization will be hosting an awesome event opportunity for young professionals in the North State to come together to experience new ways to grow personally and professionally, and foster connections. The summit will feature keynote speakers and commence with a social event. Sponsorship opportunities are available. Contact heather@chicochamber.com for more information.
Chamber Events Cancellation Policy
The Chico Chamber of Commerce must maintain a cancellation policy for events in order to properly plan for catering, venue expenses and marketing efforts. Unless stated otherwise, Chamber reservations must be cancelled 5 days prior to the event to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be issued 10 days after the event. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, nor may pre-paid registrations be transferred to another event. However, you are welcome to send another staff member in your place.
