The largest standing committee in the Chamber of Commerce - Ambassadors are a group of business leaders committed to helping the Chico Chamber of Commerce 'Move Chico Forward' by leveraging the voice of business for community good. Ambassadors are the Chamber volunteer force and a premier business-networking program.

Who Can Participate?
Ambassador participation is open to all employees of Chico Chamber of Commerce member businesses.
Ambassador candidates must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- Must have decision-making authority in a member business.
- Must be able to demonstrate leadership experience.
- Must be able to make a commitment of time.
- Must exhibit professionalism and full command of Chamber mission.

Brett Sanders, Chair: Office of Brad Jacobson, Farmers Insurance
Brett grew up in Orange County, CA and Seattle, WA area before moving to Redding, CA in 2005 to attend Simpson University. At Simpson University he obtained a B.A. in Business and HR Management. He has been working as an insurance agent for Farmers Insurance since 2009. Brett loves the Chico community and enjoys being a part of Moving Chico Forward, making it a great place to do business and raise a family.
Zach Mustaine, Vice Chair
Zach is a British born, Bay Area raised, CSU, Chico Business School graduate who decided to stay in Chico and make a life after he fell in love with the people, Bidwell Park and the potential of our town Chico. In 2016 joined the Ambassador program to work with like-minded local companies on strengthening the Chico business community.

Ramon Ferguson, Membership Team Captain: Select Janitorial Inc.
Ramon Ferguson is the Operations Manager of Select Janitorial and Expert Floor Care. He started with the company in 2013 leaving behind a long relationship as a Senior Technician for a local plumbing company. While working for the plumbing company full time, Ramon attended Butte College in the evening and graduated with his Associate of Arts degrees in Liberal Arts and Social and Behavioral Sciences, as well as a Certificate of Achievement in Administration of Justice. He has years of experience in customer service and loves to provide the best service he can to each and every client. Ramon is happily married to Tiffany, his wife of 13 years. They have three sons, and reside with two dogs. He is an avid outdoorsmen and enjoys backpacking, hiking, running, cycling, golfing, theater, and traveling, especially with friends and family.
Danie Schwartz, Past Chair: MC2 Design Group
Danie is not a native to the Chico area, but that does not stop her love and excitement for our city and businesses. After graduating from CSU, Chico she decided to stay and start working in the community. After years of working hard, building a reputation and honing in on her knowledge and skills, she landed her current job at MC2 Design. One trait that defines Danie and defines her role in the community is her passion for the community and the Chico Chamber of Commerce. Danie finds her passion through her participation and dedication to local organizations and non-profits. Danie has been a YPO Committed Leader for the past four years (winning the Young Professional of the Year Award in 2014) and took on the role of Chair of the Chico Chamber Ambassadors in 2015 (winning the 2015 Ambassador of the Year Award). As she passes on her Chair role, she is excited to step into her role as YPO President. She has a commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs of the North Valley, as well as other local organizations and is on the Board of Directors for the CSU, Chico Alumni. These passions allow her to remain committed to helping Move Chico Forward. In her free time, you will often find her riding her bike to the Thursday night market or taking a hike in Upper Park with her boyfriend and their dog. You can also find her behind the camera lens taking photos at Chamber events or out and about in our town. Don’t be surprised if you run into Danie at music festivals or concerts. She loves music! Danie tries to blend the professional lifestyle with a touch of creativity, community and outreach for a perfect balance.
