Bill & Kathy Chance started C & C Storage in 1994 with one building and have added more buildings as demand has grown. Kathy has managed the facility since day one with Bill providing maintenance when needed. We lived on-site until 2006, learning the business inside and out - we know what goes on during the day and after hours. We are one of the few owner-managed facilities providing the friendly local service Chico is so well known for. A few of the services we offer are: individual door alarms, gated access 7 days a week/365 days a year, monthly invoicing, daily lock checks, Auto-pay available, resident manager and most importantly friendly, caring service.

About Us...
Castles Preschool is dedicated to serving the needs of children of all ages. Our program includes two Infant rooms and accepts babies six weeks to two years. This room involves lots of exploration and inside and outside areas for play. When children turn two, they move to a separate room for two and three year olds. This room includes preschool readiness, exploration, art projects, and exposure to basic age related concepts, and outside play. We have a large bathroom for potty training, and a changing table for children learning to use the restroom. Four and five year olds have their own room as well. They build on age appropriate concepts and practice skills to gain readiness into kindergarten. The pre kindergarten children also have an outside play time. We also provide an after school program for children in school. After school, children have homework or reading time each day. The after-school group does art projects and has free time in the room as well. Each day they also get a chance to play outside. Castles also has a few highlights that are great for learning and convenience. We have a large play area outside, and have many different structures for climbing, swinging, and outside sand and water play. The toddlers have a separate play area for outside play. We also have a nap time for children through five years of age. Each classroom also has critters. We have bugs, turtles, fish, and a guinea pig. Castles is also on the meal program and provides breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack to all children enrolled. Transportation is provided for children to and from school for those in need of before and after school care. During summer vacation we also plan field trips and different exciting activities for school age children who need care. The Chico Racquet Club and Resort, a part of the Chico Community since 1974. It was the 1st fitness facility in Chico. The club rests on 6.1 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. There are 12 championship lighted outdoor tennis courts, two racquetball courts, two championship regulation bocce ball courts, outdoor pool(heated April-November) Jacuzzi(heated all year), sand volleyball court, fitness room, Courtside Cafe, full service Pro Shop, outdoor barbeque area, locker rooms and shower facilities. The Chico School of Rock was founded by local musician and educator Sid Lewis in 2000, and has since delivered over 15,000 music lessons, hundreds of children's concerts, and has allowed countless children to realize their musical dreams. Our alumni include the teen band Jet Fuel Only who was recently featured in People Magazine and the Rachel Ray show, as well as several students who are now performing and recording their own music. Sid Lewis was recently praised by Nation Public Radio as, "the answer to our musical prayers," and the Chico News and Review says, "Sid Lewis is creating the future stars of America!"
